Reason   :

The equipment adopts horizontal structure. A group of rotors and stators are arranged in the narrow working cavity, and the rotors and stators are coupled in pairs and highly matched. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotor forms vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor cavity from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate high linear velocity, so that the material flies out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and the stator. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycles are possible.
